ORANGE BELT REQUIREMENTS
Orange Belt Requirements. Our Orange Belt Requirements are dedicated to the development of Striking in Medium to Short Range. In these series, we will learn how to Knee, Elbow, Headbutt, Hand Strikes, Forearm Strikes, Punch, Targets on the Back of the body, as well as some Sparring. Lastly, we will finish with some examples of techniques by using the skills just learned.
